Feb 2021 Picking...oranges? And another Rocket cameo!

Lori Fiechter here at the tail end of winter, thanks be to God! My videos have been few and far between this winter, I know! Stan just started pepper seedlings today so there will be growing thing videos again soon! We spent two weeks in sunny Orlando while things at home got very cold and very, very snowy! I heard there were 4 foot drifts in our lane at one time. Glad to miss that! We spent a day at a lovely botanical gardens (Harry P. Leu) one day and then another day...the only chilly day...we tried our hands at picking oranges. Honestly, our fruit at home was a lot better quality! No place like home, right?

Our CRV wouldn't start...Stan ended up getting a new battery for it. But while he had the hood open to try charging the old battery, Rocket the adventurous cat had to crawl around and explore. :)

I'm sure all of you are looking forward to spring as much as I am! (Is that straw sprouting wheat in the garden??? May have to take a closer look tomorrow...)
