Making Two Tickets To Paradise

Making Two Tickets to Paradise is a remake of our original. The first time I made this soap I had no idea how the fragrance would behave and it accelerated very quickly. This time I was prepared for that and adjusted my technique. I usually stick blend a lot more than I did with this one. Stick blending also accelerates trace, so I wanted to avoid that as much as possible so I mostly used a whisk and hand stirred everything together. I only used the stick blender to make sure that my colorant was completely mixed in.
This fragrance is amazing. It smells like a tropical blend of banana, coconut, pineapple, mango and sugar cane. It makes me think of being on vacation, and frankly, some days I need that as motivation to get out the door in the morning.
