US Space Force Star Command? 1988?

so I found this certificate among some really old things of mine and I'm positive I've never seen this before. has a wet signature my name is spelled incorrectly but how most people would commonly spell it when in a bit of a hurry. it's dated my fourth birthday exactly and no one recognizes this here at home. I've never even seen this and I've cleaned that spot a million times and gone through everything and everything else.

Am I stupid like Corey Goode & part of 20 and back program or something? Could I be a time traveler? I'm genuinely bothered by this and I'm just going to put away & not think about it, I do believe..for now..
