NIGHTMARE AT NOON 1988 (aka DEATH STREET USA) - Tagline "An Experiment in Terror" - Scientists working with Military and CIA covert operatives poison the water supply of a small town as a test, turning the residents into homicidal maniacs who kill each other and anybody who passes through.

Considered a loose remake of 1984's MUTANT (which can also be seen on this channel). Both films star Bo Hopkins & Wings Hauser, this version trends more towards intentional government conduct as the cause of the problems and is heavier on big-scale action.
