Mr. Cast Iron does live streamed interviews on his YouTube channel Mr. Cast Iron with other chefs, cooks, and bakers as well as cooking videos about cooking in a cast iron skillet. The community aspect of the show is so strong, in his live streamed interviews (Weekends with Mr. CastIron) often times members start having their own conversations in the comments. Another great thing about the live interview is that he often takes questions from the comments for his guests! I was introduced to Mike by our friend Karen and it was great getting to know him in this interview. Since interviewing him, I've also watched his video where he meets his son for the first time; quite an amazing story be sure to check it out!
