DIY - Grill Gazebo (Griddle Dojo) for the 36'' Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network

The Griddle Dojo! Something every griddle master should have. 2 months ago I found a great after Christmas sale on a 10x13 grill gazebo via Amazon (link below). After having some house work (second addition re-roof & gutters) done in January and February I was ready to create my griddle dojo.

I went the next step and found these awesome ip65 waterproof LED light kit that included 50' of lightning. It was the perfect amount of light to run the inside perimeter area with an extra 6' of lighting running dead center over the top.

The gazebo & waterproof LED lighting was relatively inexpensive. I have provided the link below to both the gazebo and LED lighting.
