Surveillance footage has captured the moment a cop tasered a biracial teenager outside his girlfriend’s home in Florida, causing him to fall back and hit his head on a brick fountain.

Jack Rodeman, 16, was confronted by Florida Highway Patrol Trooper George Smyrnios in the backyard of his girlfriend’s house in the upscale neighborhood of Indian Laurel Way, Fort Meyers, on June 16.

Smyrnios claimed in an arrest report that the teen – who has dark skin and was dressed all in black – looked ‘suspicious.’

The teen’s mom has accused the officer of racially profiling her son, who she said posed no danger and had permission to be in the backyard of his girlfriend’s home.

Rodeman was arrested for loitering, possession of medical marijuana and a criminal traffic violation and was sent to a juvenile detention center for 21 days.
