Making Pure New Hampshire Maple Syrup | Part One

So it's that time of the year to start tapping trees to let that sweet nectar flow! This is my first attempt at making maple syrup so my friend came to help me start! Let me know if you've tried this before! What are your favorite tricks of the trade?
