Earlier today, CHP H-32 responded with CAL FIRE/Napa County Fire Department, City of Calistoga Fire Department, and AMR Napa County to the area of Table Rock to a report of a hiker suffering a medical emergency on a remote trail.

H-32 located the hiker with GPS coordinates provided by Cal Fire St Helena Dispatch. H-32 lowered a crew member to the hikers location and hoisted her into H-32. H-32 flew the hiker from the remote trail to waiting fire and EMS crews at the Calistoga Fairgrounds.

Please remember to bring plenty of water and a fully charged cell phone when hiking this Fourth of July weekend.
