EP 59! Dismantling new 8 acre Picker's paradise land investment! DEEP WOODS DEMOLITION! 1 OF 2

EPISODE #59! (DEEP WOODS MOBILE HOME DEMOLITION!). Join us for another fun and informative episode today of the FINAL mobile home demolition of this 8 acre investment property! This is another 'mini' series, which will be 2 parts, so this one is number 1 of 2. This is episode 59 Of what will be a long journey on this Southern Illinois 8 acre property investment! In today's episode #59 at the 8 acre investment farm we REALLY need to get machine access to a mobile home that is back in the woods so we can demolish it and get it back to the front of the property to the dumpster that we are paying by the day! Only 4 days ago we had torrential rains that left everything just a wet and slick mess! So, today I am going to try to build a Railroad tie and log road base across a wet ditch and then build a new road over the top of the tree and railroad tie base so that we can get the machine access back to the mobile home that needs to be demolished. Of course, as usual things did NOT really go my way at first, so stay tuned for the next episode in this series to see how this project turns out! This property looked much more like a JUNK YARD, but we (kind of) think we knew what we were doing, LOL! This is real world real estate investing and not some scripted flip or flop hype show! Mrs. Kapper will be working on salvaging stuff from the old homesite, the chicken coop, old barn boards, rustic tin and smaller items, and Curtis Rogers (the new land owner) will be working all of the logistics for selling items, working with scrappers and scrap yards, dumpsters, transportation of certain items, and all other land administrative items and I will be helping out with the dirty work, bringing in my machines!! Woo Hoo!! Doesn't this all sound like fun!!
