Where I Find All My High Runes In Diablo 2 Resurrected

So yeah, I've been playing this game forever. And I have only seen one single high rune drop from the chests in lower kurast. I've seen numerous drop in Chaos Sanctuary. But by far the most amount of high runes i have seen drop in diablo 2 and diablo 2 resurrected has to be the Travincal And The Frigid Highlands 2 bosses. In this video while recording a Lo rune drops off Eldritch.
