History of misconduct is a term that carries more weight than mere hearsay. Similar to a paper trail, admitted misconduct will estabilish a pattern, which puts emphasis on an organization's true purpose; versus a stated one. In this video, we will take a cursory look at admitted misconduct by that infamous outfit, the Central Intelligence Agency; which does anything but protect Americans. Contrary to their stated purpose, the forensic evidence shows an entirely different objective to this organization.
