Diablo 2 Resurrected 2.4 PTR Balance Update

We got some balance changes yesterday on the Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR. Holy Fire got a slight nerf, Hydra got a slight nerf, And shapeshifting druid got a fix. These are mostly good (Hydra being the exception) even with the slight nerf to holy fire, it is still extremely strong.
