Before we jump into our topic today, the real estate market in Florida January 2020, let’s reflect on what was happening in real estate in 2020 in the residential / housing market in the US.
➡Home Prices Rise at Fastest Pace in More Than 6 Years
➡For 2020, price increases hit a 14-year high.
➡U.S. home prices jumped in January and January at the fastest pace in more than six years, fueled by demand for more living space as Americans stick closer to home during the pandemic.
➡Low borrowing costs are also contributing to rising home sales, which have sharply reduced the number of homes available.

Now, lets shift focus on how that applies to our local SE Florida real estate markets by examining the
statistics provided by our local Board for Miami Dade, Broward and the Palm Beaches.
