I'm stalking Arthur our rescue horse. I love the look he gave me, not amused

Interesting, he went down to our massive Cedar Tree and Cleo walked across her paddock and hung out with him. She's clearly accepted him into the herd. He spent time with the brumby girls across the creek as well. He didn't leave our property, as he was alone and wanted to stay near the other horses, now he's happy here.
He gently lent his head against me while I was doing the fencing this afternoon. He knows he is safe with me and likes to be caught by me! At first if he saw a halter and lead rope he'd move away, in his previous home it meant work, even when he was thin. Now he knows it means something good, usually food.
We've started the electric fencing of his new paddock, we need to finish running it all the way down, but where he escaped has a hot tape, so hopefully he will respect that.
