Neighbor: Texas shooter was bullied, fought with grandmother

A neighbor of the 18-year-old responsible for the fatal mass shooting at a Uvalde, Texas elementary school said the man was bullied and known to argue with his grandmother, whom the gunman also shot on Tuesday.
An 8-year-old boy, a 10-year-old girl, and two teachers were among the 21 people killed. A responding Border Patrol agent shot and killed the gunman.
Investigators have said that the gunman shot his grandmother before going to the school. She remains in serious condition Wednesday afternoon.
