Nasty Eviction at the Gas Station Apartment.

The smell was horrid by the way! Here we had to evict a tenant due to her having campers and people living in them on the property along with trash and other stuff pilling up. She was also 3 months behind on rent and wasn't making any effort to pay. This is the mess we were left with!
