Bottle neck at the double diamond

Even though there is current construction going on at this particular site, there is a bottleneck of vehicles at this particular intersection, I do feel that it is going to get worse as it progresses along. The purpose of the Double Diamond was to alleviate the traffic problems at that intersection so it was easier to get on and off the interstate. When you try to simplify one solution you actually complicated another solution.
