Today I was asked about why I am so adamant about not feeding soy based feed to laying birds. I have long claimed that it is because soy contains phytoestrogens and they are concentrated in eggs of such birds. I now have scientific proof that shows this to be true. And today I ask you if it makes sense to put any human with adequate estrogen levels on what amounts to artificial estrogen therapy?
