Venus as Atmakarka

When Venus is the planet that holds the highest degree excluding the nodes, you embody the true nature of that planet and are reincarnated to grow as a soul by using the positive traits of it. We are all here to learn lessons of our Ak and use their better qualities. A well placed, strong Ak by house, sign or direction is happy, has social grace, diplomacy, elegance, class and appreciates everything whether great or small in life. Venus is the planet of love, harmony and diplomacy. It is about sharing and enjoyment for all, that is why it is the very significator of the arts as it has true vision. It rules family, food, love, sex, cars, luxury, travel, food, beauty and banking industries. It is the planet of mega wealth but above all it is feminine and that is why we all do well to look after Venus. On the darker side, poorly placed Venus is incapable of love, treats women badly, goes from one relationship to another, does not look after himself or herself, uses others for sex, has affairs and does not respect anything or anyone. Deep rooted issues with self are seen here, where the person does not love self and therefore cannot invest in others. Venus is the planet which is easiest to please and It is the planet that loves all without discrimination. Venus remedies work pretty quickly. Look at Venus in the D9 and if it has progressed to an angular or trine house from the sign in the D1, eg. If in D1 it is in Sagittarius but it moves to Leo in D9, then you know that time will help you stabilise your talents in a positive manner. If not you make the choice to improve things.
