How to Perfectly Marinate and Grill Chicken

Its that time of year again, time to pull out that grill and fire up that Barbecue. What will we be cooking on our barbecue you ask? Well in this video we will be showing you How to Perfectly Marinate and Grill Chicken. This marinate has lots of ingredients but once you get them down they will perfectly spice up your meal and you will have kids at your school fighting over your kids lunch. LOL that's what happened at our coop. This also worked on our stove top but we prefer it on the barbecue. God bless.

Our recipe
1 teaspoon fresh ginger

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons
Garlic lovers red wine Vinegar

or 2 cloves garlic
and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon hoisin sauce
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon dry ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
about 3lbs chicken
