Epis. 17.4 - 2022 Mini Series - Function Report Q #12 (Personal Care)

The famous or infamous Social Security Disability Function Report (FR) (SSA-3373), can be the vehicle that sinks your claim due to inadvertent omission, mischaracterized narrative, and pure non-responsiveness. While the FR generally can't win your case for you, it is uber important because it CAN sink your case. And it is a permanent part of your SS folder into perpetuity.

Here Social Security Attorney Stephanie Joy provide a brief share on her thoughts about Question #12 of the FR, "Explain how your illnesses, injuries, or conditions affect your ability to: Dress, Bathe, Care for Hair, Shave, Feed Self, Use Toilet, Other".
