Saturn as Atmakarka

When Saturn is the planet that holds the highest degree excluding the nodes, you embody the true nature of that planet and are reincarnated to grow as a soul by using the positive traits of it. We are all here to learn lessons of our Ak and use their better qualities. A well placed, strong Ak by house, sign or direction is hard working, progressive, reliable, conscientious, supportive and high achieving. They are normally hard at work when others are having fun and treat themselves likes robots. Giving themselves impossibly long list of chores to do and never look at what they have achieved but what have not. They can come across cold and detached because they are slightly removed from allowing themselves to feel or to express. On the outside they look confident but truth is they are not. They experience long periods of loneliness and isolation and which is very transformational and liberating. The best remedy is to start a self expressive hobby and just allow yourself to let go, do more Venusian stuff, enjoy life, this is not a dress rehearsal. Look at Saturn in the D9 and if it has progressed to an angular or trine house from the sign in the D1, eg. If in D1 it is in Sagittarius but it moves to Leo in D9, then you know that time will help you enjoy this beautiful chance of life in a positive and fun manner. If not you make the choice to improve things.
