Biden has spent a quarter of his Presidency in Delaware. Why is he running off to Delaware so often? For one, he doesn’t have to report and they don’t keep the visitor logs, so he doesn’t have to share with any Americans what he’s up to there. That’s not to mention his suspiciously up-scale residences and cozy beach houses he owns in this area.
