Secretary of State Antony Blinken gives NATO allies a “green light” to send fighter jets to Ukraine. The American trucker convoy has made it into Washington, D.C., but it will loop the interstate highway surrounding D.C. and head back to Hagerstown, Maryland, to regroup.
