SCS EPISODE 78. GIANT EVIL

The title is reference to the 1942 Beveridge Report, whereby William Beveridge wrote of the five “giant evils”: want, disease, ignorance, squalor and idleness, which was the basis of the welfare state, more commonly known these days as the DWP, which I complete in this episode.

The final agencies start with the Pension Protection Fund, which would be better renamed the Pension Protection Racket Fund, as this is pure mafioso shit. This is so bad, I had to give a wider overview of how the system is set up now, and how it is organised to be a cycle of enforced bankruptcies and theft. This is true scumbaggery.

Then I look at BPDTS Ltd, an in-house IT operation that even Government Ministers think is crap, in a standard display of lacking self awareness.

The final two are the Independent Case Examiner, which is basically just an unnecessary layer of filth to the cess pool, and finally the Remploy Pension Scheme Trustees Ltd, which literally does not need to be listed as it has nothing and does nothing.

I finish up with an explanation as to why this time we have a Department where I can explain why he final numbers do not match at all, and it is because one of their biggest agencies is missing from their listings, on account of these people not being very clever, but unfortunately for some, rather deadly in their incompetence.
