I Found the Master of Salt | Xwejni Salt Pans - Gozo

✅ ZEBBUG, GOZO - I went for the hunt to look for the man himself Mr. Leli Cini (aka the Master of Salt). He has been harvesting salt since 1969 but for generations Xwejni Salt Pans has been producing salt and has been featured in many TV stations worldwide.

Most recently they were featured in Restaurants on the Edge on Netflix.

They have been harvesting genuine sea salt by hand since 1860 in Gozo, Malta! 🇲🇹

I found this place as one of the most unreal places I've ever been. Visiting these Ancient Salt Pans in Gozo, Malta. What an honour!

The experience was unreal, unplanned, unrehearsed!
