Fearless Floyd has put tied together another link in the chain of the Criminal [In]Justice system with 100% fact proof that the “Judgment & Sentence” issued by the Texas District Courts are actually “Warehouse Receipts” pursuant to TEXAS BUSINESS & COMMERCE CODE §§ 7.201 & 7.202 and §§ 7-201 & 7-202 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Now you can start to see the REAL inner-workings of how the government is corrupted and uses human beings, wo/men as collateral (sureties) held in Prison Warehouses while profiting with Prison Bonds issued as a liability because we have been institutionalized, dumb-down and miseducated to not know what the fuck these “legal” terminologies mean and how they pertain to us. We are understood by the “legal” profession as “things” and “mentally incompetent” to handle our own affairs and that is why they express upon you to “hire an attorney” or we can “appoint you an attorney” because they have to keep you under their wicked and evil thumb as they railroad you into the Warehouse.
At one time all Texas Prisons were called: “State Farms”, which were established on former slave plantations (they freed the slaves and captured new ones: convicts), and those “State Farms” in the 1980’s became “Units”, a commercial term, and the reason they count the prisoners over 6 times a day? Auditing the books and reconciling for profits. - They don’t call me “Fearless Floyd” for nothing.
