It's just a conspiracy theory

Given something I seen today, regarding minutes released from the Scottish governments population taskforce, it prompted me to make this. Haven't uploaded in a while, not really been myself lately but given we keep hearing what they're talking about in this video, is a mere conspiracy I thought well, let's hear it from the horses mouth eh?
