A foster mother has faced a lose-lose proposition after officers raided her apartment and took all the cash they could find, again claiming civil asset forfeiture. She wasn’t convicted, wasn’t charged, and wasn’t even accused of any wrongdoing. How can our government continue to violate the U.S. Constitution so openly?
