Mick Stott is proud to be a father and grandfather and comes from a military background having served 30 years and resigning as a Captain in the Elite Army Physical Training Corps in 2004. He held some very prestigious appointments during his career and whilst serving he was responsible for the creation, development and implementation of many specialist programmes that are still used by the British Military today. Subsequently, he designed, conducted and validated programmes to help thousands of people regain their lives from PTSD and other stress related conditions. These programmes are designed to help people understand and develop personal resilience that converts into a consistent level of happiness in life, which is at the core of this model for behavioural change. It outlines the importance of performance linked to lifestyle and assists in creating more resilient people mick@wininminds.co.uk
