Two Minutes Conscious - The Nolan Principles; what we deserve from our public officials

The Nolan Principles can be summarised as seven key matters of character and points on the moral compass; selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership. Those principles are the bedrock and the minimum expected of those holding public office.
