The Press Secretary is clearly going out of her way to stoke fear in the American people.

How does banning guns prevent people from becoming victims of gun violence? Most gun crimes are committed with guns obtained illegally. Violent criminals will not suddenly start following the law. Most gun crimes are committed in gun-free zones. To stop a bad guy with a gun, a good guy with a gun is necessary.
