Guided Deep Breathing for ANXIETY and STRESS.

In this video, I will guide you through a 5 minute deep breathing exercise that you can do at the start of your day, to end or day, or to reset during the day. HRV or Heart Rate Variability is the variation between each heartbeat. Certain types of breathing stabilizes these variations to improve overall health and mental functioning.

Throughout this exercise, I will pause to allow YOU to tune in to your breathing rate, and gradually build to the 4-2-6 breathing count.
