Troubleshooting a Ford 150 Electrical

1998 Ford F-150, 4.6l. The fuel pump and injectors would just turn off while driving, finally turning off never to return.
Here, I show my backwards troubleshooting, and demonstrate that starting with a wiring diagram first may save many hours of work.
