EPA VIOLATIONS UPDATE! Dismantling new 8 acre Picker's paradise land investment! JUNK YARD

MUST SEE VIDEO if you've watched any videos in this series! During this entire series of this 8 acre investment property (junk yard) clean up we fielded probably hundreds of questions on WHY we did things in certain ways, and most notably WHY WE DID NOT JUST BURN all the wood lumber, trees, brush and stumps. The answer to that is because this property had numerous EPA violations against the property. What that means is basically that the government (Environmental Protection Agency) puts a lien against the property due to environmental hazards located on it, which basically makes the value of the property very low, as no one wants to, or would even know how to tackle such a 'lien' if you will by the Government. If this is your first video in this series, I hope you will go back and binge watch this series because it is extremely FUN, often stressful, incredibly UNIQUE, humorous and also educational! Here is the full playlist link, I hope you check out some of these videos, thank you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxTe_00WmXk&list=PLBsh6BAME40A8SVYk28vV3UbgtuPZo2kH
So, with the background now laid out today's EPA Violations update is a crucial part of this investment property for Curtis. Yesterday he met with the EPA inspector (yeah I know, many of us began to wonder if there really was such a thing or not!) for the inspection of the property and he is going to share with us the details of how the inspection went, and what, if anything, is left to clean up on the property before the violations are cleared, thereby restoring the property to 'normal' property status, which would then give him the right to burn again on the property just like anyone else can. There will also be some fun look backs from this process. Thanks for watching, and thank you to all of you who have joined us throughout this process! We are actively looking for our next investment property project to take on! Kapper Outdoors (and Curtis Rogers), living the dream, one acre at a time.
