Strawberry cobbler is yet another struggle food masterpiece. Just because times are tough it doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy good food. Sweet strawberries in a familiar cobbler dessert with the fruit in syrup and the soft cake with the slightly crunchy top is impossible to resist and hard to beat. With ingredients in your pantry and in season fruit this recipe is doable even with shortages and empty shelves.

You can enjoy strawberry cobbler warm or cold, all by it’s self or topped with vanilla ice cream.

This is the perfect dessert for just about any occasion. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, cook outs, fancy dinners, or dessert and coffee on the porch it doesn’t matter, it’s always good.
