Jay Reffner was arrested after making arrangements to meet a 15 year old girl for sex after meeting her in a chatroom. Reffner, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted sexual conduct with a minor. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to complete sex-offender counseling.
