The cops retreated from the 18 year old gunman when he opened in fire at them after he entered an unlocked and unguarded door of the Uvalde school.
They then keep the kid's parents from saving their kids as Salvador Ramos killed 19 students and 2 teachers for over an hour!
The police pin one parent down and place a woman in handcuffs as children were being slain.
