Why Does Trend Micro Block Conservative Donations?

Trend Micro claims that they block a website because it may be causing fraud.

I do think the GOP is committing fraud on voters by claiming Trump is supporting many political action committees. Though preventing previous donors from donating seems like an easy way to block all conservatives from getting funding.
