A Canadian company Bast Fiber Tech purchased a Georgia-Pacific to lead by making baby and cleaning wipes, t.p., etc., from bast fibers instead of tree pulp. BAST really talks about these products being disposable, which makes this only somewhat of a solution, because their products should be reusable. However BAST seems to be leading the hemp in the paper industry.
