Texas official: police faced 'complex situation' in school attack

Police officers were inside Robb Elementary School exchanging gunfire with an armed teenager just four minutes after the gunman entered the building, an official with the Texas Department of Public Safety told reporters on Thursday. But after that first encounter, officers moved back and called for help.
