Eagle Bike Park ~ Shake n' Mormon

00:00 - Took another lap with Rob and Aaron down Shake n' Bake. That first section (2 little rock drops and then the table top tech strip) is a tough one to get down. I always have to pull up off to the right side as I don't have enough speed to make it clean. When you come up short you land on some pretty sharp rocks. No bueno. Had to keep my foot on the gas to keep up with Rob!Show more

02:07 - One of my last laps Fidel and I did Stormin Mormon. I needed to get my 'mojo' back on the Stormin Mormon drops. Last time I was there a couple weeks ago it was really windy and I shouldn't have gone for them. I did, but at the expense of coming off a bit sideways and taking an off road tour of the area! lol I've been a couple more times since, but the wind has not ceased and getting my redemption has been stuck in my craw. Felt good to get that little monkey off my back.

Fidel was able to hit the gap jump, but I was caught where it was still windy and felt like I was going to have to pedal hard to make it and didn't want to be right on top of him. So, I decided to play it smart and go around this time and watch Fidel set sail...
