Sunflower music anyone

In one of that guy videos, he explains how he's getting the sunflower or whatever plant he uses to make "music".

Every plant in the world does give off electrical signals, and that sunflower is essentially just outputting small/tiny energy pulses, and his synthesizer plays sounds based on those electrical signal strengths which it picks up.
