Throwback Thursday That time I was on House Hunters

In honor of throwback Thursday here are a few of my favorite moments from that time I was on House Hunters (you young people tell me, is throwback Thursday still a thing?). It's so fun to re-watch this and remember looking through homes with Hanna and Ian, who have now become good friends!

I just had a feeling about house #2 being the right one, and it turned out that they loved it too. Also, the craftsman and Victorian house-baby might be my best quote ever 😆

It's also a throwback to the good ol' days when buyers would be in a bidding war... and still end up under the asking price! If you're thinking about buying a home but are hesitant to buy at the high prices we're seeing in 2022, I'd encourage you to call a lender first. In the foreseeable future, prices look stable but interest rates are definitely going up, so you'd end up with a lower mortgage payment by buying while interest rates are lower!
