A Singapore Venture Company Has Launched a $100 Million Web3 and Metaverse Fund!

NGC Ventures, a crypto-focused venture company, has created a new ecosystem fund devoted to Web3 projects, highlighting increased investor interest for firms contributing to the creation of a decentralized internet. The company's third blockchain fund, NGC Metaverse Ventures, collected $100 million from investors including Babel Finance, Huobi Ventures, Nexo Ventures, Altonomy, and GBIC. According to Roger Lim, NGC Ventures' general partner, the fund would invest in "high-potential projects" in the Web3 economy. Since mid-April, venture capital companies have committed roughly $3 billion to Web3 projects.
