Sourdough hot cross buns (Easter Tradition)

Today's recipe is The famous and glamourous Hot Cross Buns, the typical sweet buns that we consume for EASTER.

Here it is my recipe.
250 gr water
250 gr milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon or mixed spices
125 gr of fed sourdough culture
15 gr of salt
100 gr of icing sugar or castter sugar
700- 800 gr of white flour
50 gr coconut oil or any other fat
120 gr dried fruit.
