One of my Gran Turismo 7 dislikes PENALTIES!

A lap around Circuite de la Sarthe in La Sarthe, France aka LeMans in the GT4 Dodge Viper. How many penalties do I get ini a single lap, granted these penalties were fairly consistent with each lap of this 30 minute race with the exception of the penalty I got in the first chicane.
