W&R Sosua One News: Playa Sosua Dominican Republic

The Beach Association on Playa Sosua is reporting that they have successfully negotiated a resolution with the government. Most of the businesses located on Playa Sosua will remain and continue to operate as normal. The government will be funding some beach improvement projects aimed at improving accessibility and infrastructure needs. This is great news for the business owners, vendors, employees and everyone else generating income from the beach. Note: this is the Dominican Republic, decisions can get reversed at a moments notice but we feel pretty good about this one.
