Land for sale, 40 acres & a cabin! Could this be our next project property? This is another fun and educational episode for sure! Join me and Curtis Rogers, from Midwest Farm & Land, as we take an antiques road trip, or should I say a land investing road trip, as he shows me a Southern Illinois 40 acre property with an old cabin on it. We are looking for our next investment property or our next project property to keep us busy for the next year or so. In today's episode not only will we have some fun, as usual, but we will check out an old cabin on this property to assess whether it can be a 'flip or flop,' or a cabin rehab, a flip property, a future rental property, or a demolition of the home and just a new land project. In today's PART 1 segment we will really look over the cabin to see if it can be salvaged, and estimate how much it might cost, or determine if it needs to be demolished, and of course how much that might cost as well.
